Jamaica Publications – A Historical Review

The archives of Jamaican newspaper publications can help you fill in the gaps in your ancestors’ life stories.   Traditionally newspapers  record live events such as births, birthday celebrations, death notices, memorials,  obituaries, marriages, criminal charges and occupational appointments. You can also find details related to immigrant ship arrivals, business transactions, land sales and purchases.
